• Oversee and implement administrative procedures
• Conduct analysis and oversee administrative operations
• Oversee and coordinate office services

• Managing phone calls & emails
• Website management
• Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring office equipment is in working order
Qualifications and Skills:
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Organized
- Time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPR / AED / First-Aid Training Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Can speak Tagalog / Cebuano / English
- Applicants having Saskatchewan certification
- Canadian High School Diploma Equivalent (WES/CES verified)
- Must know how to drive (Light vehicle)
